Welcome to Dress Diary By Kelcey. We believe the process of lending elegance should be as seamless and refined as the silhouettes we share. Our policies are designed to protect our collection and ensure that every client receives a piece that feels editorial, pristine, and ready for life's most sophisticated celebrations. Below is your guide to a curated rental experience.
Reservation & Payment
To secure your editorial moment, we require a 50% reservation fee. This ensures your chosen silhouette is exclusively held for your special date. All reservation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, reflecting the careful curation of our schedule. The remaining balance must be settled 1–2 days prior to your scheduled delivery or pick-up.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is requested for every rental. This serves as a promise of care for our delicate fabrics. Your deposit will be gracefully returned after the dress has been returned to our studio and passed through our inspection process.
Terms of Usage
Our pieces are designed for celebrations and photography. We kindly ask that you refrain from altering the dress in any way. Avoid contact with perfumes, self-tanners, or sharp jewelry that may snag the delicate silks. Each silhouette is a part of the Dress Diary story; please treat it with the same love we do.

To secure your chosen silhouette for your special date, we kindly require a 50% non-refundable reservation fee. The remaining balance is settled upon delivery or pick-up. We accept bank transfers and major digital wallets for your convenience.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for every hire, equivalent to the dress rental fee. This bond ensures our pieces remain in pristine condition for every client. Your deposit is promptly returned via your original payment method after a post-rental quality inspection.
Care of the Dress
Every silhouette at Dress Diary by Kelcey is a piece of art curated for your story. To preserve the beauty of our collection, we kindly ask you to avoid using heavy perfumes, body oils, or self-tanners while wearing our pieces. Temporary alterations and safety pins are strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the fabric.
Damages & Condition
We handle professional cleaning upon return—please do not attempt to clean the dress by yourself. Significant stains, permanent structural damage, or loss will result in a fee equivalent to the full replacement value. We appreciate your respect for the integrity of our shared wardrobe.
Late Return: A surcharge of PHP 500 per day applies to ensure subsequent bookings remain on schedule.
Cancellations & Changes
We understand that event plans can shift. Our policies are designed to be as flexible as possible while ensuring our curated pieces remain available for all our clients.
Cancellation Policy
Notify us at least 14 days before your event for a full store credit. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% fee as your dress has been reserved exclusively for you.
Size Exchange
If your silhouette isn’t perfect, notify our team within 4 hours of receiving your delivery. We offer replacement, subject to availability and terms.
Rental Extensions
You may extend your rental extra days if requested in advance and once approved. Unforeseen late returns incur a daily fee to ensure we honor the bookings of other clients.
Stewardship & Liability
Care of the Dress
We treat our boutique collection with the utmost love and expect our clients to do the same. We invite you to enjoy your evening fully, but kindly ask that you refrain from using strong perfumes, self-tanners, or heavy body oils while wearing the garment. Small, removable surface marks or minor loose threads are considered part of the garment’s journey and are graciously covered by our service.
Damages & Major Loss
In the rare event of irreversible damage—such as significant rips, permanent stains, or total loss of the piece—the client is responsible for the professional repair costs or the full replacement value. We want your dress diary to be filled with only beautiful memories, so we ask that you treat each dress as a precious heirloom.
Size Selection Responsibility
Choosing the right fit is a key part of your styling journey. While we provide detailed measurements and size guides for every silhouette in our collection, the final selection rests with the client. Dress Diary by Kelcey cannot be held responsible for fit issues or discomfort on the day of your event once the booking is confirmed.
Professional Disclaimers
Every piece in our collection is meticulously sanitized and inspected before release. However, we are not responsible for any allergic reactions to fabrics or cleaning agents. Our total liability for any service-related claim is capped strictly at the rental fee paid. We focus on providing a seamless luxury experience while maintaining clear boundaries for both parties.
